Miss Deana Gowman

Cardiac Physiologist

Deana Gowman is a Cardiac Physiologist who also works at Tunbridge Wells Hospital in Pembury.

Deana started her training as a Cardiac Physiologist locally in 2002 and qualified in 2006 with a BSc in Biological Sciences and Clinical Physiology. She has always worked locally and is a Chief Cardiac Physiologist at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. She is very experienced in all aspects of non-invasive cardiology including heart monitor analysis and exercise stress testing. She has a particular interest in the follow-up of cardiac devices (both simple and complex) and is accredited by the UK Heart Rhythm Society. She is also part of the catheter lab team at Tunbridge Wells Hospital where she provides support for invasive and interventional cardiac procedures including coronary stenting and pacemaker implants.

In her spare time, Deana is a keen hiker/rambler.
